ecep logoEvery Child, Every Promise: Turning Failure Into Action, is the first national research that comprehensively measures the presence of the essential resources - the Five Promises - that correlate with success in both youth and adulthood.

The report clearly shows that we have much work to do as a nation. But it also shows how we can turn failure into action and improve the lives of young people at risk.

UPDATE: Issue Brief on Workforce Readiness
The third Every Child, Every Promise research brief, "Under-Equipped and Unprepared: America’s Emerging Workforce and the Soft Skills Gap" focuses on the large percentage of the children and youth who will enter the workforce over the next two decades are lacking enough of the “soft” or applied skills — such as teamwork, decision-making, and communication — that will help them become effective employees and managers.

UPDATE: Issue Brief on Income  
The second Every Child, Every Promise research brief, “The Promise Rich vs. The Promise Poor” examines the association between a family’s income and the presence of the Five Promises in their child’s life.

America’s Promise Alliance presents an Issue Brief on Parenting - an update to our groundbreaking report, Every Child, Every Promise. This national study shows that teens with stronger parent influence fare better in health and education.
